This is the first artists blog for the show gallery. Hopefully I can convince some more people to sign up for it... Yay.
Right now I'm going to moderate it, no censor, just you have to email me whatever you want on it/come in, but it's your blog, just through the show gallery account. Feel free to just start your own, but you can just email me your posts and pictures and I'll throw them up.

- Welcome to the SHOW GALLERY
- We are a non-profit, privately funded art gallery run entirely by volunteers, located in the heart of the West Queen West Gallery district. We are designed to display therapeutic art from Toronto area individuals, groups, and institutions. We want to encourage both interpersonal exchange skills and character building activities. By proudly displaying creative endeavors of special individuals or groups, we at show gallery feel that a strengthening of self-worth and self-confidence is achieved. We feel that doing something is the first step in becoming someone. We operate as a display gallery and do not provide supplies or working material to artists, but we believe that promoting art created by the individual is therapeutic and allows opportunities for communication and co-operation among participants. We provide, free of rent and commission, display space for a period of three weeks to a month to any local group, individual or institution interested in showing off their session produced art. We allow our artists to come in and use the space as their own, have fun and get their messages out into the world.
